1951 Topps Red Backs (Identical to BLUE backs) featured 52 cards measuring 2 x 2 5/8 (inches) with a black and white player photograph on a red, white, blue and yellow background. The players name, 1950 record and other information are included on the front. The back is printed in RED on a white background and contained various baseball situations allowing collectors to play a baseball game with these cards. These cards were printed on thick card stock and have survived quite well through the years and are more common than their sister BLUE backs. |
