1960 Topps remained at 572 cards. The card fronts were in horizontal format measuring 3-1/2 x 2-1/2 (inches). The front of these cards have a large color portrait or pose on the right and a black and white action photo on the left along with the team logo. The players name, team and position was positioned along the bottom. The back contained lifetime statistics along with a cartoon and short career summary.

Cards numbered 375-440 can be found with backs printed on either white or grey cardbaord. The white cardboard is the scarcest. Team cards have checklists on the back.
