Donruss marked its 10th anniversary with a 715 card set in 1990. The fonts of these cards contain an action photo with a bright red border. The players name is in script and can be found on the top border along with the players position, the Donruss logo and the Team nickname. The backs contain the typical player bio and stats. These cards were issued in packs that contained puzzle pieces that make up a Carl Yastrzemski puzzle.

The first 26 cards of the set are part of the Diamond Kings (DK) subset. Card number 27 is the Diamond King checklist card. Cards (28-47) are part of the Rated Rookie (RR) subset. An All Star (AS) subset was included with this set and each of these cards have 2 variations, one with "All Star performance" stats on the back and the other with "Recent Major league Performance". The "Recent" versions are scarcer and worth about twice as much as their counterparts.
