The 1914 Cracker Jack set is one of the most popular E series sets and features baseball stars from the American, National and Federal leagues. These cards measure 2-1/4 x 3 (inches), are printed on thin card stock and were instered into boxes of Cracker Jack. This set contains 144 cards and features a tinted color photograph with a red background. These cards are numbered on the back. The backs of these cards feature a short player biography as well as advertising. The backs of the low-numbered cards note that there were 10 million cards produced while the higher numbered cards note there were 15 million cards produced. |
