These cards are unnumbered and measure 2 x 2 1/2 (inches). There are 121 different cards known from this set. These cards were produced by Mentor Company of Boston, MA. and distributed in packs of Ramly Turkish Cigarettes and TTT Natural Turkish Cigarettes with Ramley being the most common. Each card had an embossed Gold border that surrounded an oval black and white playerphotos. These photos were taken at the Carl Horner Studios, located in Boston. Horner was the primary photographer for major league baseball for more than a decade; his photographs were used in many sets, including the T205 and T206 in 1911. |
